The jewelry industry’s current reliance on the mining of precious metals has been damaging to our environment. My love for nature inspired me to create an eco-friendly alternative that does not compromise on style.
All products are made from sustainable materials like wood remnants and up-cycled fabric cut offs. You'll not only look good wearing our products, but you can feel good about wearing them too!

About the Artist
My name is Sindhu Prabu. I’m the designer and the founder of Caitraz.
I live in Ashburn,Virginia with my husband and two boys.
I love to create with my hands, my heart, and my visual instinct. Caitraz is my creative outlet for expression of all of the above.
I have a background in Graphic design and most of the preliminary drawings/designs are made on computer using illustrative software.
I have my own creative manufacturing process where I combine laser-cutting and laser-printing technology with other traditional hand-finished techniques.
My entire line of products is made from sustainable and up-cycled materials. I have worked with a variety of materials, however I have recently been loving the natural look and feel of wood. They are extremely light weight, comfortable to wear and naturally unique.
My designs range from colorful statement pieces to minimalist yet eye-catching everyday earrings. They are all handmade by me from start to finish from my home studio.
I believe jewelry can add a unique touch of elegance to any outfit & help bring out your own ‘one-of-a-kind’ style
